Are there any videos of this virtual guy doing things like push ups, or is it just verbal instruction? I downloaded this program because I thought it had a virtual person doing the exercises demonstrating good form.
Anyone can make their own verbal coach telling them to do things like keep their back straight while doing push ups etc…
How about having the virtual person perform your routine with you?
That would be awesome!!! it would show proper form with every movement, and you wouldn’t feel you were doing it alone … :0)

So how about having little videos you could put on your ipod or run from your computer of the virtual man doing your routine with you?
